All about the organization > How are arranged the judging tables ?
Once all the samples have been collected, the jury tables need to be arranged.
But don’t get your wine colours mixed up with your vintages and appellations. Otherwise, the jury’s comments will make no sense at all!
Great care is taken to ensure a certain coherence is maintained at each table.
The Chamber of Agriculture has designed a special form of software intended for this purpose.
Once the IT equipment has been set up, and to avoid any mishaps, the 200 tasting tables are laid out on the floor.
The samples are then distributed onto each imaginary table.
Members of the jury are then summoned to a particular table and each table has its respective president.
